MoMo
MoMo is a popular mobile payment platform in Vietnam. XBuddy supports MoMo for subscription payments.
MoMo payment is available for customers in Vietnam. For other regions, use Stripe.
Paying with MoMo
- Go to Settings → Billing → Subscription
- Click Upgrade or Renew
- Select MoMo as your payment method
- Scan the QR code with the MoMo app or follow the redirect
- Confirm payment in MoMo
Renewal reminders
Since MoMo does not support automatic recurring billing, XBuddy sends a renewal reminder email 7 days before your subscription period ends with a payment link.
