Welcome to XBuddy! This guide will walk you through everything you need to go from sign-up to your first productive day.
New to XBuddy? Start a free 14-day trial — no credit card required, full access to all features.
Setup journey
Create your account
Register at app.xbuddy.co/register — takes about 2 minutes. You’ll receive a verification email immediately.
Verify your email
Click the link in your inbox to activate your account and be redirected to the onboarding wizard.
Complete the onboarding wizard
The 6-step wizard guides you through setting up your company profile, inviting your team, and selecting the modules you need.
Create your first record
Create a contact in CRM, an invoice in Finance, or an employee in HR — wherever your team starts. This marks your go-live milestone.
Invite your team
Go to Settings → Users to invite team members. Assign them roles (Admin, Manager, Member, Viewer) and they’ll receive an invitation email.
