Go to the registration page
Navigate to app.xbuddy.co/register.
Fill in your details
- Full Name — your name as it will appear in the system
- Work Email — used for login and notifications
- Password — minimum 8 characters, must include uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character
- Company Name — your organization’s name
- Workspace Slug — auto-generated from company name (e.g.
acme-corp). This becomes your workspace URL:app.xbuddy.cowith your data isolated under your slug.
Verify your email
After submitting, you’ll receive a verification email within a few minutes. Click the link to activate your account.
You’re in!
After verification you’ll be redirected to the onboarding wizard.
Trial details

⚠️
Reminder emails are sent at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before trial expiry. When your trial ends, your data is preserved — you just need to choose a plan to continue.
Resending verification email
If you didn’t receive the verification email:
- Go to app.xbuddy.co/login
- Try to sign in — if unverified, you’ll see a prompt to resend
- Check your spam folder for emails from
noreply@xbuddy.co
Password requirements
- At least 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
- At least one number (0–9)
- At least one special character (
@$!%*?&^#-_+=)
Google Sign-In
You can also register and sign in with your Google account. Click Continue with Google on the login or register page — your Google email becomes your XBuddy login.
