Admin Guide

This guide covers admin-specific tasks: managing users, billing, roles, and workspace settings.

Managing users

  • Invite — Settings → Users → Invite User (email + role)
  • Deactivate — Click a user → Deactivate (they lose access but data is preserved)
  • Change role — Click a user → Edit → Change role

Custom roles

Beyond the built-in roles (Admin, Manager, Member, Viewer), you can create custom roles with fine-grained module permissions.

  1. Go to Settings → Roles → New Role
  2. Name the role and set permissions per module
  3. Assign the role to users
