Manage your plan, view invoices, and track usage from Settings → Billing.

Upgrading your plan
- Go to Settings → Billing → Subscription
- Click Upgrade
- Select the new plan
- Confirm and complete payment
Upgrades take effect immediately. You’re charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.
Cancelling
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Plan
- Optionally provide a reason
- Confirm
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then.
Usage limits
The billing page shows your current usage vs. plan limits:
- Users — active users vs. your plan’s user seat limit
- AI Tokens — tokens used this month vs. monthly quota
- Storage — files stored vs. storage limit
When you reach 80% of any quota, XBuddy sends a warning email and shows an in-app banner.
Invoices
Download past invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoice History.
Trial
Your free trial lasts 14 days with full access. You’ll receive reminder emails at 7, 3, and 1 day before expiry. After expiry, your account is suspended but data is preserved.
To reactivate after suspension, go to Settings → Billing and click Reactivate Account.
