Google Calendar

Connect Google Calendar to sync meetings and events with your CRM contacts and deals.

What it does

  • Two-way sync — events created in Google Calendar appear as CRM activities
  • Contact linking — events with contacts are automatically linked to their CRM record
  • Meeting notes — add notes in XBuddy that sync back to the calendar event description

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar
  2. Click Connect with Google
  3. Authorize XBuddy to access your calendar
  4. Select which calendars to sync (personal, team, etc.)

Permissions required

XBuddy requests the following Google permissions:

  • calendar.readonly — read events to display in CRM
  • calendar.events — create/update events from XBuddy

Disconnecting

Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar → Disconnect. Existing synced data is not deleted but new events will no longer sync.
